Joe is a fifty plus year real estate professional and a former broker associate with Abbott for over 35 years. Joe formally retired from the profession in 2025 but maintains his broker’s license working as an independent broker. He continues to work with a select group of clients. Although he is no longer a formally affiliated with Abbott Properties LLC, he continues to work regularly with its associates on a co-broke basis and provides consulting services.
Joe services the commercial real estate market, working with individuals, companies and businesses for both their sales and leasing needs. He received the “CoStar Power Broker” award for many years. Joe speaks fluent French and has a working knowledge of Spanish, his current personal work in progress. Joe enjoys world travel. His travels include Canada, Asia, Europe, and South America and he loves to chat about his travel adventures. Joe is the proud father of four children. Joe is licensed in Rhode Island.
