Fred earned the coveted Realtor Emeritus status in 2016 from the National Association of Realtors in recognition of his 40 years of membership and his valuable and lasting contribution to the real estate profession. He is a committed advocate helping buyers, sellers, investors, companies and businesses achieve their objectives. Fred has worked in urban, suburban, rural and waterfront communities and has successfully completed over 700 real estate transactions. Fred holds numerous real estate designations, including CRS, CBR, GRI, SRES, and SRS, and is a “Top Dog” commercial agent. He is a licensed broker in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
