Karen Catuogno

Karen Catuogno is the principal of Abbott Properties LLC.  She works with a diverse client base in commercial, residential and business brokerage.  Her goal is always to meet her clients’ goals, bringing of wealth of experience and know how to every transaction.  She holds a B.S. in Urban Resource Development (1979) and a Juris Doctorate (1983).   After more than thirty years in law, she turned her attention full time to real estate, where she has worked for the last decade.

Karen is the recipient of the 2023 Broker of the Year award from the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors.  It is given in recognition of contributions and service to the commercial real estate community.  Her volunteerism includes several years on RICABOR’s Board of Directors and RIAR’s Grievance Committee.  She also served as Vice Chair to the Narragansett Historic District Commission for six years.

Karen enjoys skiing, travelling, trekking in exotic places and entertaining family and friends.  Karen and her husband Ray are the proud parents of three accomplished children, their equally amazing spouses and two adorable and energetic grandsons.  A licensed broker in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts, she assists clients on a regional basis.
