Kathleen’s favorite things to do are being with her family and friends, enjoying the ocean, reading a good book, singing in church and helping people with their real estate needs. She moved to Rhode Island from Texas in 2000 when her military husband was transferred to the area. She didn’t really know what to expect from the Ocean State. But the friendly people and beautiful environment won her over and she and her husband decided to make Rhode Island their permanent home. After raising her family, Kathleen discovered a love of real estate. Now she gets real joy from helping people find their dream home, in a community they love, just like she did. And when it’s time to sell, Kathleen makes that process as smooth and as painless as possible, while getting the seller top dollar for their home. Residential buyers and sellers can unconditionally trust Kathleen to always keep their interests at heart through the entire process. And although client total satisfaction is her main goal, Kathleen believes in having fun during the process, making her much sought after by buyers and sellers.
